2026 Schedule of Fees and Charges

The below outlines the fees for student enrollment at MacKillop College Werribee. We invite you to contact our Office is you have any questions about them.

Tuition Fee is a per student fee dependent upon the student's year level.

The Faculty Resource Levy is a per student compulsory fee which covers a range of resources and materials provided to students. Part of the charge is used to produce "in-house" materials to eliminate the need to purchase additional textbooks.

The Capital Development Fee is an annual compulsory per family fee to assist with the ongoing capital requirements of the College.


Family Sibling Discount

Discounts automatically apply when two or more siblings are students at the College. The discount is applied to the Tuition component of the youngest student only, except where the number of students in a family exceeds four.

  • Two Student family 20% off Tuition of 2nd sibling only

  • Three Student family 30% off Tuition of 3rd sibling only

  • Four Student family 100% off Tuition of 4th and subsequent sibling(s)

One discount is applicable per family and applies to students attending MacKillop College only.


MacKillop Private Bus Charges

Bus costs will be charged in full in the first two weeks of the school year and are payable in full upon receipt of the invoice. Sibling discounts apply.

  • Altona Bus $1,715 (residents in Point Cook, Altona and Laverton)

  • Westleigh Garden Bus $1,475 (residents in Westleigh Gardens and Riverwalk Estate)

  • Sayers Road Bus $1,475 (residents in Tarneit)

  • Leakes Road Bus $1,475 (residents in Tarneit)

  • Wyndham Vale $2,130 (residents in Jubilee, Harpley & Mambourin Estates)

Students wanting to travel on a College Private Bus are required to notify the College by emailing buses@mackillop.vic.edu.au.


Extra-Curricular Instrumental Program

Instrumental Music Lessons are an extra-Curricular optional program charged separately. Fees are due and payable 14 days prior to the commencement of each term.

  • Individual Lessons $45 per lesson

  • Shared Lesson $30 per lesson

  • Instrument Hire $70 per Term


School Building Fund

The School Building Fund is a separate tax-deductible fund for voluntary contributions which assist with the ongoing capital development needs of the College. To make a donation email admin@mackillop.vic.edu.au.


Government Allowance – Camp Sport Excursion Funding (CSEF)

Families who hold a valid means-tested concession card or who are temporary foster parents of school age children are eligible to apply for CSEF. The annual amount of $250 per student is paid directly to the College and applied to fees, specifically towards camps, sports and excursion costs for the benefit of the student. Application forms need to be submitted by February each year and are available on request from the Administration Office by emailing fees@mackillop.vic.edu.au or phone 8734 5200.


Health Care Card (HCC) Discount

A Health Care Card (HCC) Discount of $1,000 per student is available for families who hold a valid concession card and have successfully received CSEF in that year. Discounts are automatically applied to the school fee account following confirmation of CSEF funding.


Payment of Fees

A variety of payment methods are available to assist with payment of fees. Should any family need to discuss fee payment arrangements, please contact the Accounts Department by emailing fees@mackillop.vic.edu.au or phone 8734 5200.


School Fee Discount for Staff

A School Fee Discount of 15% of net tuition charges (ie: Tuition less the applicable sibling discount and eligible HCC discount) is available for eligible staff. Conditions apply, please contact admin@mackillop.vic.edu.au or phone 8734 5200.


Confirmation of Student Return

To confirm a student’s position at the College, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required. The deposit is charged and payable in Semester 2 of the preceding year. This amount will be offset against the following year’s fees. Families intending to withdraw a student from the College must provide at least ten weeks’ notice in writing to the Principal. If ten weeks’ notice in writing is not provided, ten weeks’ fees will be charged in lieu of notice


Enrolment Application Fee

An application fee of $165 must be paid when submitting an enrolment application form. This fee is non-refundable.


Confirmation of Enrolment Fee

To confirm a newly enrolled student’s position at the College, a deposit representing approximately one third of the annual school fees is charged and payable in Semester 2 of the preceding year. This amount will be offset against the following year’s fees. An amount equivalent to the Confirmation of Student Return Deposit is non-refundable.

A non-refundable application fee of $500 must be paid when submitting an FFPOS enrolment application form. FFPOS Fees are subject to change during the student’s course however notification will be forwarded in writing if changes occur.

Non Tuition Items such as uniforms, books and other resources are to be arranged by the student. Health Cover must also be organised by the student as it is a condition of an overseas student’s visa to have private health insurance for the duration of their visa stay.

Homestay Charges to the Overseas Student vary between $250 and $400 per week. Homestay payments are made to local families/Hosts. A holding fee of between $50 and $85 is paid to the Homestay family should the student return to their homeland during school holidays or over the Christmas holiday period. The rate applied is approximately 25% of the homestay amount. Other considerations are detailed on the FFPOS Enrolment Form.
