Chris Caldow – Principal
Chris Caldow is Principal of MacKillop College Werribee and brings more than two decades of leadership experience in Catholic education. Before joining MacKillop College in 2023, he served as Principal of Penola Catholic College and previously held senior leadership positions at St Patrick's College Ballarat, with a strong commitment to faith formation, student growth and community engagement.

Nicole Allan – Vice Principal
Nicole Allan is an experienced Catholic educator and school leader whose career spans more than two decades across teaching, faith leadership and curriculum leadership roles. Before joining MacKillop College as Vice Principal, she served as Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching at Emmanuel College and held a range of leadership positions at Penola Catholic College, supported by postgraduate qualifications in Religious Education and Educational Leadership.

Jennifer Levett – Deputy Principal, Catholic Identity
Jennifer Levett brings more than 30 years of experience in Catholic education and faith leadership. Prior to joining MacKillop College, she served as Deputy Principal Mission and Identity at Siena College and held senior religious education leadership roles at Star of the Sea College and Kilbreda College, with a passion for faith formation, Gospel values and contemporary Catholic identity.

Anna Marazita – Deputy Principal, Student Wellbeing
Anna Marazita leads the College's Student Wellbeing portfolio, overseeing initiatives that promote the safety, wellbeing and personal development of every student. She is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture where students are empowered to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Simon Gitson – Deputy Principal, Learning & Teaching
Simon Gitson leads the College's Learning and Teaching portfolio, supporting staff and students in the pursuit of educational excellence. He is committed to fostering high-quality teaching practices, curriculum innovation and learning environments that enable every student to achieve their potential.

Michael Trainor – Director of People & Culture
Michael Trainor is an experienced people and culture professional whose background spans education, healthcare, community services and industrial relations. He is passionate about building strong workplace cultures, developing authentic leadership and supporting staff wellbeing, engagement and professional growth across the College community.

Rosy Klyscz – Business Manager
Rosy Klyscz is an accomplished finance and business leader with extensive experience in financial management within Catholic education and the not-for-profit sector. As Business Manager, she oversees the College's financial and operational services, bringing a strong background in accounting, governance and strategic resource management.
